Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Directly coordinate with plant operators, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of asphalt materials to customer sites.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and analyze delivery schedules, traffic patterns, and other operational factors to optimize delivery routes and reduce delays.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, transportation requirements, and regulations.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications to record information, create reports, and analyze data.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive annual salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Discretionary Bonus: Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
