Job Title: Director, Retail Analytics

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director, Retail Analytics to join our Retail team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategy and decisions for sales forecasting, store performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales forecasting framework to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Oversee the analysis of comp trends, retail KPIs, and other key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the data and analytics department, finance, merchandising, and operations to ensure that reporting and insights align with broader company goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to integrate external data sources and macroeconomic factors into retail performance analysis.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and impact.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in defining business analytic capabilities, breaking them down into actionable components, and working cross-functionally to deliver value.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking.
  • Experience identifying use cases opportunities for Data Science & Advanced Analytics, building POC's to prove out value and justify investment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with and effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage through influence across a large international organization, preferably in retail space.
