- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrator in a skilled nursing facility. Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
