Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Acura. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers at the beginning of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and determine their vehicle preferences
  • Educate customers on current product line options and basic product specifications
  • Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
  • Educate customers on optional equipment available for purchase
  • Answer questions about vehicles, technology, and features
  • Conduct test drives and facility tours
  • Conduct training classes for customers on technology
  • Provide assistance to customers as needed
  • Work closely with sales team and support sales efforts
  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Participate in required training and follow Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired
  • Advanced technology skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
