Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by courteously interacting with residents and guests.
- Thoroughly clean and maintain rooms, bathrooms, and offices, including dusting, window cleaning, and trash disposal.
- Manage floor care, including mopping, waxing, and buffing as necessary.
- Properly mix and apply cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Rearrange furniture as required while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and addressing plumbing issues.
- Assist with dietary services as needed, including setup and cleanup during meal times.
- Maintain organized utility and linen storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or hazardous conditions promptly.
- Observe and communicate any changes in resident conditions to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and state regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar field.
- Familiarity with housekeeping practices and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Capability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
