We are looking for a Program Task Order Manager for a significant Defense Intelligence initiative aimed at supporting the Analysis Orchestration Services. This role encompasses governance, integration, deployment, and the ongoing operations and maintenance of both current and future service capabilities.

Our client provides essential services such as strategic intelligence, support for warfighters, indications and warnings, navigation safety, foundational data, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, special event planning, and homeland security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for Task Order coordination between the Contractor and Government.
  • Collaborate with Government Leads and relevant contract personnel.
  • Deliver Task Order work products, address performance issues, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate overarching Government objectives to the contractor team.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of Task Order support activities, develop Task Order plans, integrate schedules, and resource estimates, and work with the Government to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Align staffing requirements and facilitate product reporting in accordance with Agile delivery methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in technical leadership.
  • 5 years of experience managing agile-based projects with a focus on rapid and continuous delivery.
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proven ability to research and resolve complex challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for all organizational levels.

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Program Management training and certification (e.g., PMI, PMP).
  • Prior experience in Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) programs/projects.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $87,000 and $157,450. This range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Factors considered in extending an offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
