We are looking for an Epic Optime & Anesthesia Analyst to take charge of the implementation, upkeep, enhancement, and support of designated applications. This role necessitates collaboration with stakeholders to conduct workflow assessments and evaluate application functionalities and design.
Moreover, the analyst will be tasked with constructing the application, formulating and executing testing strategies, and contributing to training and deployment initiatives.
The Epic Optime & Anesthesia Analyst will also employ troubleshooting and analytical skills to address customer requirements effectively. Timely and clear communication with team members and clients regarding the status of assigned tasks is essential.
Location: Remote, with a requirement to reside within the geographical regions of Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin.

What You Will Do:
Project Management:
- Independently lead and coordinate projects as assigned, showcasing strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Develop project plans and monitor progress, escalating issues as necessary when challenges arise.
Issue Resolution:
- Provide independent support and resolution for complex issues related to assigned applications, adhering to service expectations and change management protocols.
- Take ownership of escalated customer concerns and collaborate with various parties and/or vendors to facilitate resolution.
- Offer on-call support during scheduled hours and may take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Operational Support and Enhancement:
- Research and present options to support decision-making discussions regarding the implementation of tools and systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring necessary information is communicated to relevant teams.
- Adhere to Epic standards and guidelines, assisting in meeting maintenance program requirements and maintaining related certifications.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with Epic support and technical expertise in computer science, information technology, or medical terminology.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Epic Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
