Job Summary">We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team in Henrico, VA. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities">- Perform routine patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nurses and physicians
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote patient-centered care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training programs
The Patient Care Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals on a regular basis. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits">The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
