Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the IP solutions space.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players to expand our reach and offerings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of interface IPs, including GDDR6, DDR, SerDes, LPDDR, and HBM.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of hyperscalers (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, etc.) and their strategy, as well as OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and their strategy.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
