Job Summary

The Center Operations Supervisor is a key member of the Florida Autism Center team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the center. This role works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date schedules, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Central Reach Management: Ensure the timely conversion of appointments, pipeline dates, and client and staff profiles are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Payroll Support: Provide coding and timekeeping compliance, converting support, and amending notes as needed.
  • Culture and Team Member Relations: Welcome new hires, support staff with basic needs, organize events, and cover breaks to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Center Upkeep and Functioning: Order supplies, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate vendor visits as necessary.
  • Reportable Events Reporting: Assist with documenting and reporting as directed by the CD, DCO, Compliance, or Human Resource.
  • Confidential Document Management: Receive and organize client documents, team member records, and provide basic tech support and inventory management.
  • HR Support: Provide on-boarding and off-boarding support, timekeeping tasks, and assist with coaching/corrective action documentation.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts and events, including drop-off brochures, taking pictures, and coordinating events.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
