Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a part-time summer position. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students in a K-12 setting, providing individualized support to help them achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current CA license or ability to acquire before starting
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
