We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Lake Washington School District. The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to students, including assessment, direct therapy, and consultation with staff and parents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language services to students, including assessment, direct therapy, and consultation with staff and parents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech and language therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Washington State ESA certificate with Speech Language Pathology endorsement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Paid per teacher salary schedule with Base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days, and Responsibility.
- Additional Technology stipend and Professional Fund.
- Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
