Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to students in the areas of assessment, direct therapy, training, and consultation. They will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students, teachers, and parents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Communicate with medical and community service providers to ensure seamless support for students
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
  • Washington State ESA certificate with Speech Language Pathology endorsement
  • Experience working with students with diverse communication needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
