Obstetrician and Gynecologist Physician Opportunity

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting
* Manage a moderate patient load, with 2-5 patients per shift
* Collaborate with a team of 3 RNs to ensure seamless patient care
* Utilize Paragon EMR system to document patient information
* Participate in call coverage, with a 30-minute response time and a call ratio of 1/3
Requirements:
* Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Fellowship preferred
* Active NC medical license
* ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
Call Details:
* Beeper-based call system
* 30-minute response time
* Call ratio: 1/3
* Call back percentage: 60%
* Average call volume: 3-6 phone consults, 4-6 patients seen, 1 admission per 24-hour period
Support Staff:
* 3 RNs available to assist with patient care
EMR System:
* Paragon EMR system used for documentation
Location:
* Department with 11 beds

* This is a call-only position
* Schedule is subject to change based on department needs
