Job Summary

This position is a key member of the Cardiac Electrophysiology Department, responsible for managing multiple clinical trials and coordinating research studies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research and clinical study methodologies, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of multiple clinical trials, including study coordination, subject enrollment, and data collection
  • Coordinate the screening of subjects, collection and storage of biological samples, and data entry
  • Independently manage different phases of clinical trials, including IRB filings and sponsor and investigator filings
  • Participate in study team meetings, site group meetings, and ongoing protocol training/compliance meetings
  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator, research manager, and study team to identify problems and develop solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of related experience in research and clinical study methodologies or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions

This position is located in an office environment, with occasional lifting of 25 pounds or less. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
