Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Site Technician to join our team at Union Wireless. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cell towers and network equipment
  • Install and upgrade network infrastructure, including antennas and transmission lines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and quality
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Competent Climber Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in remote environments
