About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices and adjust accordingly based on patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and therapy sessions.
  • Orient, train, and mentor healthcare students to achieve performance expectations.
  • Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities to promote best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience for Advanced Clinicians, 5 years for Clinical Specialists, and 10 years for Advanced Clinical Specialists.
  • Licensure as a physical therapist in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, basic math and computer science skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
