Job Description
This exciting position involves overseeing gym operations, recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, building and retaining a strong member-base, teaching amazing classes, providing a world-class customer experience, and establishing the business in the community through marketing and partnerships.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Teach exceptional classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
  • Lead a high-performing team through recruiting, training, developing, and rewarding.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and a membership experience second to none while leading the team to do the same.
  • Help manage day-to-day operations of the gym.
  • Sell The Little Gym program to new customers through ensuring class quality and customer experience is exceptional.
  • Develop community partnerships, representing The Little Gym to the local community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics/dance is beneficial.
  • Previous experience successfully managing and leading others.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to hustle and work hard.
