Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
