Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Network Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure Team at Redwire Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our corporate network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations in compliance with industry regulations.

Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to address compliance requirements, manage security protocols, and optimize network performance. You will be responsible for performing tasks and activities associated with network design, engineering, implementation, operations, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain corporate network infrastructure
  • Manage security protocols and compliance requirements
  • Optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in network administration and security
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of network protocols, including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
  • Experience with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routing, and switching
  • Strong understanding of security principles and compliance regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA certification
  • Experience with Zscaler and other Zero Trust Network Access solutions
  • Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, and Aruba network equipment
