Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Chief Educational Officer will serve as a visionary and proactive leader, steering a high-achieving educational institution to foster significant academic progress and holistic character development for every student.
Key Responsibilities:
As the primary administrator, you will:
- Design and execute policies, programs, and curriculum initiatives that enhance the educational experience for all students and support the professional growth of staff.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership, student families, and community stakeholders to cultivate impactful partnerships that contribute to the school's overall success.
Essential Duties:
1. **School Leadership**
- Ensure the delivery of a premier educational framework for every student, encompassing curriculum design, instructional methodologies, school culture, and character education.
- Articulate the school's vision and strategically plan to implement effective procedures and schedules.
- Recruit and onboard exceptional staff, including educators, operational personnel, and support staff.
- Oversee student enrollment processes to maintain optimal capacity for the academic year.
- Maintain consistent school operations, including calendars, training, and compliance with regional standards.
- Manage financial resources and contribute to the development of a sustainable multi-year budget model.
- Establish annual objectives for instructional, extracurricular, and athletic programs.
- Ensure efficient and transparent operational practices across various functions including finance, compliance, and safety.
- Inspire and motivate key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.
- Promote purposeful professional development for staff, focusing on growth and leadership. 3. **Performance Management**
- Evaluate staff performance based on established indicators aligned with their roles.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform instructional strategies and enhance student achievement. 4. **Team Development**

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in educational leadership with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen related to compliance, educational regulations, and operational management.
- Demonstrated success in driving student achievement, particularly in underserved communities.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
