Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a diverse range of printing machinery.
  • Installing new printing equipment as required.
  • Utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage support requests effectively.
  • Providing comprehensive support via phone, email, and in-person interactions to guarantee that all departments have consistent access to printing services.
Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting printer malfunctions and performing configuration and maintenance on multi-functional printers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or various printer-specific certifications (e.g., HP, Lexmark, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Xerox).
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Prior work experience with printer manufacturing companies.
