About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Print Service Specialist to join our team at Dow. As a Print Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's global print device offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the procurement, support, asset management, and disposal of print devices in every country where our employees and contractors reside.
  • Understand client value and end-to-end costs of the service.
  • Review client and survey feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage reporting on consumption and assist in developing communications for projects, upgrades, and service changes.
  • Manage supported device escalations and work with Xerox on issues and requirements.
  • Drive event and incident efforts for the affected services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience, or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • Experience with Service Now.
  • Ability to work with teams and different vendors.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Experience/knowledge in ITIL Framework and processes.
