  • Implement sales strategies at the Front Desk
  • Manage guest messages, check-out processes, and cash handling
  • Distribute and gather guest feedback forms
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
  • Maintain an orderly and tidy Front Desk area
  • Oversee Front Office supplies
  • Execute emergency protocols in accordance with hotel policies
  • Communicate issues to the appropriate departments
  • Participate in hotel meetings and training sessions
  • Exhibit teamwork and outstanding customer service
  • Comply with hotel standards and safety regulations
  • Stay informed about hotel updates and changes

Qualifications
