Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests efficiently and courteously, accommodating special requests
- Collect essential guest information for processing payments
- Facilitate currency exchange services
- Coordinate guest inquiries with various hotel departments
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities
- Uphold Loews Hotels' Star Service Standards
- Implement sales strategies at the Front Desk
- Manage guest messages, check-out processes, and cash handling
- Distribute and gather guest feedback forms
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
- Maintain an orderly and tidy Front Desk area
- Oversee Front Office supplies
- Execute emergency protocols in accordance with hotel policies
- Communicate issues to the appropriate departments
- Participate in hotel meetings and training sessions
- Exhibit teamwork and outstanding customer service
- Comply with hotel standards and safety regulations
- Stay informed about hotel updates and changes
Qualifications
