Opportunity for an Attending Psychiatrist

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking an exceptional Attending Psychiatrist to join our adult inpatient psychiatry unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical treatment with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered, and equitable care. You will also participate in supervision and training for medical students and Psychiatry residents, and contribute to a collegial and supportive Department committed to career and academic development, physician and family wellness, diversity, and inclusion, and excellence in patient care and medical education. Mentorship and research opportunities are available. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including a faculty appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in faculty practice and optional evening and weekend coverage of our 3 Bronx hospitals for additional experience and compensation. Eligible applicants will be Board Eligible or Certified in Psychiatry. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan.
