We're seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Bold Business. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities with prospects and building long-term profitable relationships.

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonuses and company benefits. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work independently while being part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in staffing for BPO, office support, IT, data entry, finance, marketing, and/or customer service roles. You'll need excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting prospective customers via telephone and email
  • Developing warm leads through market research
  • Vetting lead lists for warm and cold leads
  • Identifying prospects that fit our target demographic
  • Using product knowledge to showcase solutions to prospects
  • Upselling additional products as needed
  • Tracking progress with new prospects using database or CRM software
  • Negotiating agreements and prices with customers
  • Responding to complaints and resolving issues to customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining contact with existing clients to provide after-sales support
