Key Responsibilities
  • Provide national sales pursuit support, including approach, pricing, references, proposal materials, and compliance guidance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and practice leadership on planning and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand's voice and resonate with Managed Cloud and Infrastructure clients and prospects.
  • Create and maintain product and sales content, including artifacts such as placemats, data sheets, case studies, websites, qualification lists, pricing calculators, proposal templates, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and practice leadership to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate product values.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to spot risks to product lines or sales channels and develop relevant response plans.
  • Work with delivery teams to operationalize new service offerings and features, including supporting client communication templates and change management efforts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in related roles and similar industries (Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Technical Writing).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, marketing, or related fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to set clear objectives.
