The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels without direct authority, alongside negotiation skills to foster enduring change. A robust problem-solving aptitude and coaching abilities, combined with a strong results-oriented mindset, are crucial for success in this role.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in synthesizing complex, high-volume, and occasionally conflicting information to effectively resolve issues.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with TPM, WCM, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred or actively pursued.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI is advantageous.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of factory operations, with expertise in problem-solving methodologies, data collection, and value stream mapping.
  • Trained in various problem-solving techniques and able to demonstrate proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Loss Management System (RCLMS), and production reporting, and their impact on non-quality costs and product cost control.
  • Comprehension of site waste reports, including quality and food safety costs, variances, and scrap metrics.
  • A passion for and knowledge of best-in-class business processes and systems solutions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively while managing multiple priorities and workloads.
  • Skilled in addressing complex challenges across diverse functions.
  • Proficient in motivating and influencing a broad, cross-functional team.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Enhance technical capabilities on production lines, focusing on machine and material interfaces.
  • Oversee the health of the Standardized Root Cause (SRC) system by identifying centerline targets, documenting standards, and coaching line teams and technicians in execution, problem-solving, and change management.
  • Support the development and execution of site improvement plans to facilitate loss elimination over 90-day and one-year timelines.
  • Lead basic and complex problem-solving initiatives when issues arise, escalating complex problems through appropriate channels.
  • Design and implement programs to resolve production, material, safety, or quality-related challenges.
  • Modify equipment or processes to enhance resource utilization or cost efficiency.
  • Actively participate in the Focused Improvement organization, collaborating with personnel and asset teams to achieve site results through MSE/TPM processes.
  • Build operational teams' skills, driving waste elimination through rigorous, data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
  • Address root causes of failures and downtime, linking outages, root causes, and action plans to achieve permanent loss elimination.
