Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they possess good product knowledge and are aware of key performance indicators.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the Visual Merchandiser to display products in a commercial and aesthetic manner, in accordance with company standards, to maximize sales.
  • Sales Performance: Ensure that sales targets are implemented, achieved, and exceeded in store, through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Store Image: Maintain the image of the store, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial, and that visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Merchandising and Rotation: Participate in updating merchandising and rotation schedules to ensure that products are displayed effectively and that stock levels are maintained.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
