**Job Summary**

As an Area Supervisor at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in a specific area of the store. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the area meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction, merchandise availability, and financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Tour your area regularly to ensure that it meets our customer's expectations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Work hand-in-hand with team associates to achieve sales goals and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and plan for upcoming events that will impact your area, such as sales promotions and product launches.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage cash handling responsibilities.
