About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of House Supervisor at McCall & Lee Healthcare Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospital and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Experience as a House Supervisor or Charge Nurse is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
