Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as a Collegiate Ministry Leader for George Washington University and American University. This role is a vital part of our ministry, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of volunteers to minister to collegiate coaches and athletes.
  • Implement and execute a comprehensive ministry plan to reach and disciple coaches and athletes.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Advisory Team to ensure alignment with FCA's vision and mission.
  • Recruit, train, and develop effective and diverse volunteers to lead coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
  • Manage and steward finances for the assigned area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for discipleship and ministry to collegiate coaches and athletes.
  • Experience in volunteer management and leadership development.
  • Strong financial management skills.
