As a Culinary Supervisor, you will:


Utilize your culinary skills to coordinate, plan, and oversee the safe production, preparation, and presentation of food to ensure an exceptional guest experience and increased operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to refine processes that enhance safety and maximize profitability.
Create an engaging environment where motivated individuals aspire to join, learn, excel, and advance. Lead a diverse team by setting an example, empowering, and coaching throughout their employment journey.
Ensure seamless operations, along with food and environmental safety in the kitchen. Monitor labor and food costs to stay within budget and ensure kitchen equipment operates safely and efficiently for increased productivity.

Fundamentals


A minimum of one to two years of post-secondary education or equivalent culinary training, along with three to four years of experience in a similar role.

Advanced knowledge of the culinary field is essential, along with an understanding of food and beverage management. A food handling certification is required. Practical experience in managing personnel is expected. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary, with proficiency in a second language being advantageous.

This position demands full mobility and the ability to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
