Our services encompass a wide range of educational support, including College Test Preparation, Advanced Placement Exam assistance, College Essay guidance, and College Admissions consulting. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with prospective and enrolled families to establish academic and college admission objectives.
- Lead a team of educators and support staff to achieve student and business goals.
- Oversee center operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote retention through referrals.
- Generate leads through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community leaders, and local businesses.
- Monitor student progress effectively.
- Manage direct reports and facility operations.
- Handle recruitment and staffing of educators.
- Meet monthly revenue targets through effective lead conversion strategies.
Work Schedule:
- Sessions are typically held after school hours, generally Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Specific hours may vary by location.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.).
- Experience in sales.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
