Reporting directly to the Center Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the center's operations in their absence, overseeing all aspects including production, regulatory compliance, financial management, human resources, and information technology.

This role is situated within our dynamic center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulations.
  • Engage in the collection and analysis of data to uphold center quality, operational efficiency, and financial success.
  • Collaborate closely with the Center Manager to support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Partner with quality assurance personnel to formulate corrective action strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and manage all necessary documentation.
  • Oversee employee recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in promoting the center's marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Be prepared for potential overnight travel as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

A minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role is essential.

Education

A Bachelor's Degree or a suitable combination of education and relevant work experience is necessary.

Working Environment

  • The role may involve standing or walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • You will be engaged in auditing, enhancing, and monitoring ongoing operations.
  • Exposure to hazardous materials and bloodborne pathogens may occur.
  • Personal Protective Equipment may be required for certain tasks.
