  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure our visual identity remains fresh and relevant.
  • Brand Adherence:
  • Ensure all design materials adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all platforms and campuses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our brand strategy.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership:
  • Work closely with the Communications team, other departments, and campuses to understand project requirements and effectively translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to junior designers and provide direction and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Professional Growth:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and designing marketing materials in a related field.
  • Strong portfolio illustrating a wide variety of design solutions and applications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
