We're seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to join our Asset Management team, leveraging renewable energy experience and expertise in asset performance software.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with control rooms, field personnel, operational teams, and asset managers to ensure high-performance assets.
  • Monitor equipment performance using in-house and commercial software, alerting site personnel to anomalies and trends.
  • Analyze KPI performance against budgets and contribute to monthly reporting.
  • Identify risks, recommend mitigations, and track resolutions.
  • Develop technical assessments to improve operational performance and reliability.
  • Review plant events, coordinate with operational teams, and drive completion.
  • Verify data quality in data capturing software during on-boarding.
  • Be an SME on existing analytic tools and performance software models.
  • Collaborate with SCADA and Operations Technology teams to ensure high data quality and throughput.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Asset Performance software.
  • Renewable energy experience required.
  • History of developing, implementing, and operating performance monitoring programs.
  • Experience with SCADA data, Ignition, and API calls.
  • Handling large data volumes, machine-learning techniques, and proficiency in Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau.
