Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all members have an exceptional experience, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the operations team to lead by example, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless studio operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Skills: Proven sales abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.
