Job Title: Unified Communications Engineer

We are Resource Logistics, a leading company in logistics and supply chain management. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer to join our team.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced engineer who can design, implement, and maintain our Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in VOIP/IP telephony, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Cisco Unity/Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Cisco UCCE solutions for our contact centers
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, CUC, and IM&P servers
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of our UCCE environment
- Collaborate with our IT team to integrate UCCE with other systems and applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as telecommunications, computer science, or information systems
- 5+ years of experience in VOIP/IP telephony and Cisco UCCE
- Strong knowledge of Cisco CUCM, CUC, and IM&P
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and IP addressing
- Familiarity with Calabrio call recording and Voice IOS Gateways
