Job Title: Controls Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team at White Willow Staffing. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for automated machines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop control systems for automated and semi-automated machines.
  • Test, maintain, and modify new and existing systems.
  • Control panel design, product selection, and checkout.
  • Develop and implement programs for programmable logic controllers (PLC) primarily from Rockwell.
  • HMI application and screen development and implementation.
  • Testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
  • Determine the proper analytical system integration solution for the application.
  • System start-up and support.
  • Development of operation and maintenance manuals.
  • Provide support to project management, materials personnel, and craftsman throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of related experience.
  • Computer proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • AutoCAD, HMI, PLC, SCADA experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the National Electric Code and UL 508A.

Direct hire, full-time role with a full benefit package and paid time off.

Pay: $75,000-$115,000+
