About the Role
Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in East Sandwich, Massachusetts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies to promote optimal recovery and independence.

Requirements
- A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
