About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals on physical therapy techniques and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic skills in math and computer science
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
