Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Rehabilitation Specialist - Weekend Opportunities, you'll play a vital role in providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities.

We're seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours) at our East Sandwich, MA location. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients while enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing individualized physical therapy services to patients with various conditions, including injuries, diseases, and disabilities
• Evaluating patients' technical, environmental, and financial needs to develop effective treatment plans
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
• Orienting, training, and mentoring therapy students to achieve performance expectations

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic math and computer science skills
• Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Problem-solving skills for patient-centered care
• Computer proficiency, preferably in Microsoft Office applications
