Role Summary:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Training Team under project leadership. This centralized team is dedicated to supporting Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) and developing comprehensive curriculum guidance, training standards, and best practices. We are currently seeking professionals for the roles of Instructional Designers, Trainer II, and Trainer I. These positions are full-time and require onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of both classroom and technology-enhanced training programs.
- Develop tailored training packages and syllabi for various roles including leaders, operators/analysts, maintainers, and network/system administrators.
- Provide essential training support during exercises for deployed versions of the system.
- Engage with trainers, government representatives, contractor product owners, and development leads to identify training priorities and requirements based on recent performance indicators and upcoming training milestones.
Qualifications:
- Security Clearance: SECRET required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for specific roles. Certifications may also be accepted in place of a degree for certain technical positions.
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or National Security Agency (NSA) engineering projects is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is essential.
