Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate at FirstService Residential, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential community. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner, following established protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and logs, including daily reports and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building and property

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred
• College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred
• Two to three years of business experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

What We Offer:
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will also be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
