Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Associate to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in Deptford, NJ. As a Forklift Associate, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move merchandise and supplies throughout the facility, while ensuring the safety of yourself and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move merchandise and supplies throughout the facility, following company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures for sanitation and food safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales floor and merchandising presentation goals, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
Requirements
  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Retail experience.
  • Supervising a team.
