As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting Membership sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is also a top priority. You will be responsible for following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Other key responsibilities include providing Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.
Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is also essential. You will be responsible for implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
