About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Phoebe Physicians. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Rounding with bedside RNs to monitor care and educate as necessary to improve outcomes.
  2. Organizing and running daily transition of care huddles with the interdisciplinary team to assure that care is being expedited and length of stay optimized.
  3. Maintaining current knowledge in present areas of responsibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in quality management, including 0-1 year of experience in quality management and LEAN/Six Sigma certification. A 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate's Degree in Nursing, along with a current Georgia RN license, is also required.

Estimated Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
