Safety Compliance Specialist

CMI Management LLC is a leading provider of business, technology, and facilities management solutions. As a Safety Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.
Job OverviewThis position is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of work processes, procedures, output measures, and quality inspections conducted throughout the execution of work. You will also provide assessment-driven corrective actions and process adjustments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in preparing and enforcing safety programs on contracts of similar size and complexity. A high school diploma is required, but a BA degree is preferred. Completion of the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class or equivalent is also necessary.
In this role, you will oversee Activity Hazard Analyses and take appropriate action for all applicable common Recurring Work activities performed under this contract. You will conduct daily inspections of work areas, job sites, and work crews to ensure that all operations are being conducted safely.
A key aspect of this position is establishing and maintaining an inspection and surveillance system to ensure that work performed conforms to contract requirements. You will document and maintain a file of all scheduled and performed inspections and surveillances, including results and dates of corrective and preventive actions.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and location.
