Job Summary

The Trauma Outcomes Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting the delivery of optimal trauma care services at University Health System-San Antonio. This dynamic professional will work collaboratively with trauma services faculty/staff to drive continuous improvement in care for injured patients.

You will analyze data, develop new initiatives, and create customized reports to improve trauma outcomes. Your expertise in trauma nursing and performance improvement will enable you to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. At least 3 years of experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care Area is required, along with relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS, and BLS. A Master's Degree and prior experience in trauma PI are highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
